The name

Everything gets through.
The peaks get held.

On a sound desk, a limiter doesn’t mute the signal and doesn’t cut the power. It holds down only the peaks that would blow the speakers. Your days keep playing. The worst hours get a cap.

01 · Today

Four moves.
Every day.

Do the ones you can. Nothing here is scored.

01A pledge in the morning. Just today.
02One meeting. A room with people in it.
03One person. Somebody knowing.
04An evening review. Two minutes.

The Now screen, recorded in the app: the ring fills to 1,247 days, the current run ticks, and today’s pledge, meeting, person and evening review sit below.

02 · Meetings

A meeting
starts soon.

12,413meetings from seven fellowships, inside the app. Finding one needs no signal and sends nothing.

Your first meeting

The Meetings screen on an iPhone: a meeting starting in two minutes with Join, your meetings this month, and I went to a meeting.

03 · I need help

One button.
Every screen.

Your people first, with Call and Text. Then your own plans and your own words. Crisis lines are never more than two taps away.

Works in airplane modeNever behind a paywall

The panic screen on an iPhone: You’re here. Pick one. Your people with Call and Text, then your plans, Move, Ride it out, your letter and your reasons.

04 · The total

Your total
never resets.

A relapse ends a run. It never erases the days. A relapse is logged like anything else, and it is never shown in red.

05 · Privacy

No account.
No server.

What you write stays on your phone and in your phone’s own backup. We never receive it, and nothing reads it.
